Job description
About TENTEN Partners
TENTEN Partners is a specialist executive search and recruitment firm operating across Singapore, Asia, and the Middle East, with focus areas including Technology, Data & AI, Digital Transformation, Cyber Security, and Risk. Our moderately sized international team values independence and transparency, grounded in collaboration, integrity, and trust with our colleagues, clients, and candidates.
Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially aware and capable Sales Operations Executive to join our headquarters in Singapore, directly supporting the Head of Operations and Chief of Staff. This newly created role contributes both locally and regionally, involving operational support, coordination, and business insight generation, beyond traditional administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales operations and CRM systems by maintaining accurate CRM and ATS data, generating reports, tracking activities, and helping consultants utilize data effectively.
- Conduct business analysis by identifying trends, exceptions, and critical issues requiring management focus instead of solely preparing reports.
- Provide sales enablement support by sourcing market intelligence, client information, and business development resources using LinkedIn, Talent Insights, and other tools.
- Assist the HR function in employee onboarding and offboarding, documentation handling, background checks, Ministry of Manpower (MOM) related administrative tasks, and maintaining employee records.
- Support marketing efforts by preparing well-designed presentations and client materials using PowerPoint and Canva, delivering market insights, and aiding LinkedIn and business content activities.
- Deliver executive and operational assistance to the Chief of Staff and leadership team through research, project support, meeting preparation, documentation, and managing daily priorities.
- Adapt and expand the role responsibilities over time in a dynamic, small company environment, demonstrating willingness to help beyond strict job boundaries.
Candidate Profile
- Around five or more years of relevant experience involving operations, sales support, recruitment, professional services, HR admin, or executive assistance.
- Exemplary organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical capability to discern meaningful insights from information.
- Proficient with Office 365, CRM platforms, and business technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience producing quality PowerPoint or Canva presentations.
- Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and commercially driven teams.
- Proactive ownership mindset, able to work independently without constant guidance.
- Trustworthy and discrete when handling sensitive employee, candidate, and business data.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining precision.
- A proactive problem solver who enjoys enhancing processes.
- Global perspective and ease working across cultures and markets.
Prior experience in recruitment, executive search, professional services, or sales-led contexts is beneficial but not mandatory. Exposure to regional or international work environments is an advantage.
Growth Potential
This role offers much more than administrative duties for the motivated individual. It provides opportunities to engage deeply with sales operations, HR, marketing, analytics, business planning, and senior leadership interaction. As your expertise develops, you may assume greater ownership and become a strategic operations partner working closely with the Head of Operations and Chief of Staff.
Employment Details and Benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience with potential for progression.
- Twenty days of annual leave, with increases over time.
- Medical and dental insurance coverage.
- Flexible work culture.
- Training and career development resources.
- Regular social events and employee recognition programmes.
- Opportunity to gain experience within an international business spanning Singapore and the Middle East.
Additional Information
This role is based at the Singapore headquarters. Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization for Singapore; the company cannot sponsor Employment Pass or S Pass for this position.
