Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team on an extendable 24-month contract. This position demands operational proficiency particularly with Salesforce, strong numerical aptitude, and excellent Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle daily sales administrative tasks for the APAC region.
  • Provide broad sales support including maintaining CRM data cleanliness, updating account and partner mappings, handling partner queries, and resolving deal registration issues.
  • Manage and coordinate incoming data, reporting, and operational requests from APAC Sales Operations stakeholders.
  • Support pipeline management and ensure forecast precision through data verification, Salesforce hygiene checks, following up on stalled deals, and contributing to Pipeline Review preparations.
  • Maintain and update the APAC Sales Ops knowledge base featuring process documentation, calendars, contact lists, and templates.
  • Assist with Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Objectives and Key Results (OKR), and planning by extracting and preparing CRM and pipeline data.
  • Perform ad hoc data analysis upon request for the regional Sales Operations and Sales teams.
  • Conduct data quality checks on CRM and pipeline data that contribute to APAC dashboards and report any inconsistencies to responsible dashboard owners.

Required Expertise

  • Minimum of five years’ experience in sales operations, sales support or administration, business analysis, or related disciplines; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential; familiarity with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce, and Business Intelligence reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, capable of collaborating across multiple APAC countries and time zones.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data entry and managing forecast and pipeline data.
  • Highly organized and dependable, managing competing requests from diverse regional stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage sensitive sales information discreetly, and prioritize tasks under tight deadlines (e.g., forecast submissions).
  • Strong communication skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders throughout the region.
