Job Opportunity
We are announcing an opening for a Sales Officer role with one of our clients located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within a specialized showroom.
Role Overview
The main purpose of this role is to meet sales targets by welcoming customers, understanding their needs, providing suitable products and solutions, and following up until the sale is completed, all while maintaining high customer service standards and developing professional relationships.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their needs, and offer fitting products and solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Prepare price quotations and follow up with customers until finalizing sales.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, and market trends.
- Submit sales and customer-related reports.
Requirements
- Minimum of one year experience in sales, preferably in showrooms or retail sector.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Capability to consistently meet sales goals.
- Good customer service skills.
