About the Role
RK Associates is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Executive to expand business involving UltraTech Cement and MYK Arment construction chemicals throughout Raipur and the Chhattisgarh region. The position requires actively acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with industry stakeholders to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for UltraTech Cement and MYK Arment products.
- Regularly visit construction sites, builders, contractors, dealers, architects, and project sites across Chhattisgarh.
- Track ongoing and upcoming construction projects, generating inquiries and quotations accordingly.
- Build and sustain a strong network of contractors, engineers, builders, and dealers.
- Negotiate with customers and follow leads until order confirmation.
- Meet assigned monthly and annual sales goals.
- Coordinate payment collections and ensure timely receipt of outstanding amounts.
- Promote product usage through presentations and demonstrations at construction locations.
- Collaborate with technical teams for product trials and site support.
- Gather competitive intelligence on market pricing, new projects, and customer needs.
- Maintain comprehensive records of leads, inquiries, quotations, orders, and customer interactions.
- Address customer queries and assist in ensuring smooth order delivery and execution.
Candidate Profile
- 1 to 4 years of experience in sales or marketing roles preferably within cement, construction materials, or chemicals industries.
- Open to considering fresh candidates with strong communication and sales capabilities.
- Familiarity with the construction market in Raipur and Chhattisgarh is beneficial.
- Comfortable with extensive travel for field visits.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email correspondence.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 depending on experience and skills.

Additional Information
This full-time field sales role is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. Preference is given to candidates with existing connections to contractors, builders, engineers, and dealers within the local construction sector.
