Job Overview
The Sales Manager will be pivotal in driving revenue growth by securing event bookings, cultivating robust client relationships, and overseeing the entire sales cycle from first inquiry to contract finalization. Collaboration with event operations is essential to meet customer expectations and optimize event profitability.
Candidate Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a closely related discipline.
- At least two years of experience in sales, hospitality sales, venue sales, or comparable fields.
- Documented success in achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and tools for sales analytics and reporting.
