Contribute to life-changing innovations in life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology with Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher's family of companies. With over 175 years of expertise, Leica leads in microscopy and digital imaging solutions that empower customers to solve complex scientific challenges and make critical decisions for a healthier future.

Role Overview

As a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting and enhancing the execution of the Sales Incentive Plan. Working in collaboration with Regional Sales Incentive Plan Managers, you will ensure precise data management, maintain systems including Salesforce.com and Excel/Power BI-based tools, and support reliable incentive calculations by troubleshooting and maintaining the underlying algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update custom incentive plan tools and systems, handle configuration changes, data uploads, and monitor system health to identify and correct data or logic issues proactively.
  • Extract, clean, and prepare data from multiple sources such as Salesforce CRM, finance, and operational platforms to secure data integrity for calculations, reporting, and analysis, following the SIP calendar for data refreshes.
  • Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of incentive calculation logic and rules, investigate data anomalies, and assist in root cause identification.
  • Create sales performance and incentive payout reports, support incentive reconciliation, audit activities, and contribute to enhancing automation and visualization of reports.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data workflows, reduce manual effort, document procedures, data flows, and logic while ensuring compliance with governance policies.

Qualifications and Experience

  • 1 to 3 years in Sales Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce.com, particularly CRM Analytics, plus proficiency in data handling tools such as Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and/or SQL.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
  • Experience with variable incentive compensation tools like Xactly, Anaplan, Everstage, or Spiff is advantageous.

Work Environment and Additional Information

Leica Microsystems supports a flexible and sustainable work culture, offering eligible roles, including this one, the option to work remotely. You will be part of a global team dedicated to advancing scientific technology and impacting lives positively. Further details about remote work policies will be shared during the interview process.

Join us to accelerate innovation that shapes tomorrow's science and technology across the world.
