Sales Head - Freezone

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Head specializing in Freezone operations to lead revenue growth and business development initiatives in Dubai. This full-time position is permanent and requires strong leadership skills within sales and commercial strategy sectors.

Educational and Professional Credentials

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, finance, or related disciplines.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate certification preferred.
• Additional professional credentials in Sales Leadership, Strategic Sales Management, Business Development, or Revenue Management are beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 10 to 15 years of substantive experience in roles centered on revenue growth, sales leadership, and business development.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership position, ideally in Freezone, business setup, real estate, consulting, or service-driven industries.
• Direct experience managing sales teams, revenue objectives, and client relationship management.
• Familiarity with UAE market dynamics, Freezone environments, business licensing procedures, and service-oriented sectors.
• Collaborative experience working alongside senior executives, government or Freezone authorities, channel partners, and cross-functional departments.
• Proven capacity to lead initiatives that drive market expansion, customer acquisition, and sustainable revenue growth.
