Sales Executive

About the Role

Mila Aesthetics seeks a confident, target-oriented Sales Executive to oversee the entire sales process — from generating leads and scheduling consultations to closing sales and boosting revenue.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads originating from Meta Ads, the website, WhatsApp, and walk-in clients.
• Conduct lead follow-ups aimed at securing consultation appointments.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage the sales pipeline.
• Monitor lead quality, track conversions, and analyze revenue performance.
• Engage in pricing discussions and address customer objections effectively.
• Coordinate consultation schedules with the clinical team.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Ensure all incoming leads are appropriately recorded and pursued.

Requirements

• Prior sales experience, ideally in aesthetics, healthcare, wellness, or selling high-ticket items.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and understanding of sales funnel mechanics.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent command of English along with Gujarati or Hindi.
• A proactive approach with a strong focus on follow-ups and meeting sales targets.
• Preference given to female candidates.

Working Details

• Work location: Sindhu Bhavan Road, Ahmedabad.
• Working days and hours: Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
