Position Details

This permanent, full-time role is based at Carlisle Nissan Renault. You will join a dedicated and friendly sales team, specializing either in new or used car sales, delivering outstanding customer service. Regular working hours are 44 per week: Monday to Friday 08:30 to 18:00, Saturday 09:00 to 17:00, and Sunday 11:00 to 15:00 with one weekday off and weekends on a rota basis. The salary offers on-target earnings up to £50,000 annually, including a £25,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission, plus a company car.

Role Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Recommend appropriate vehicles aligning with customer preferences and requirements.
• Coordinate and accompany customers on vehicle test drives.
• Negotiate sale prices and finalize deals effectively.
• Handle all necessary sales documentation accurately.
• Collaborate with various dealership departments to ensure superior customer service.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is an ambitious team player with excellent communication abilities who can foster strong relationships with both customers and colleagues. You must be self-driven, passionate about sales, and goal-oriented to meet targets successfully. While prior experience in motor trade sales is preferred, motivated newcomers seeking a promising career are welcome to apply. A full UK driving license is essential as you may be required to drive some of the market’s most prestigious vehicles.
