Sales Executive

About the Role

Asian Banquets seeks an energetic and articulate Junior Sales Executive to be the initial contact for potential customers. The ideal applicant must communicate fluently in Hindi and English, present a friendly and confident demeanor, and engage customers effectively via phone calls, social media, and in-person visits. Preference will be given to candidates who can also speak Gujarati.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily incoming calls and customer inquiries.
• Respond to leads generated from social media, the company website, and walk-in visits.
• Act as the first point of contact for new prospects and establish strong relationships.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain client interest and advance sales opportunities.
• Keep lead databases and CRM systems updated with accurate information.
• Collaborate with senior sales staff and management to transfer leads and close sales.
• Deliver high-quality, courteous customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
• Assist in marketing activities and help implement sales campaigns.
• Engage with walk-in customers to identify needs and schedule appointments or venue visits.

Requirements

• No gender preference.
• Fluency in Hindi and English verbal communication; candidates fluent in Marathi or Gujarati preferred.
• Minimum education: completion of 12th grade or graduation in any stream.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply; prior experience in hospitality, events, or sales is advantageous.
• Attributes desired: smart, presentable, confident, proactive, and customer-focused personality.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.

Employment Details

• Position reports to Manager and Director.
• Full-time, on-site role based in Bhandup, Mumbai.
• Working hours: 10:30 AM to 7 PM.
• Workdays include Saturday and Sunday; weekly off can be taken on a weekday of choice.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 25000 to 35000 INR.
