Job description
About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Sales Executives to join Paytm Services Private Limited in Dhanbad, Jharkhand. The primary focus is to onboard new shopkeepers and merchants onto Paytm's digital services, including QR codes and Soundbox products, to foster digital transactions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers by visiting markets to identify new merchants and shopkeepers.
- Educate merchants about Paytm’s products and services such as Paytm QR and Soundbox.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily sales targets set by the company.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to both freshers and individuals with prior experience.
- Possess strong communication and persuasive sales skills.
- Willingness and readiness to work as a field sales representative, actively traveling for client engagement.
Compensation and Joining
- Monthly salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, coupled with additional incentives based on performance.
