We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to enhance our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, grasp their needs, suggest appropriate products, and meet sales goals while providing an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers warmly and provide professional assistance.
• Identify customer requirements and advise on suitable products.
• Communicate product features, quality, pricing, promotions, and offers effectively.
• Drive sales efforts to meet both individual and store targets.
• Ensure excellent product presentation and maintain an orderly sales area.
• Handle customer inquiries and professionally address basic concerns.
• Support customers during product trials, selection, and billing processes.
• Keep product displays attractive and ensure sufficient inventory on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with store and inventory teams to replenish stock timely.
• Cultivate positive customer relationships to encourage future visits.
• Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and store protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers; prior experience is not mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges from 18,000 to 22,000 INR (in-hand), with a total cost to company up to 26,000 INR.
