Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role focuses on achieving sales targets primarily in home loans and mortgage loan funding. You will be responsible for sourcing new customers, supervising loan disbursement as per plan, providing customer support, educating clients on loan products, and promoting insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets in home loans and mortgage loans.
- Identify and source new customers for home and mortgage loans.
- Oversee and ensure loan disbursement aligns with the business plan.
- Provide excellent customer service and educate clients regarding loan offerings.
- Cross-sell insurance products to existing and new customers.
- Conduct regular business reviews with the team and supervisors.
- Ensure strict adherence to all processes without exceptions.
- Source business opportunities across Bangalore, excluding properties with manual khatha funding.
