About the Role
Join Moneylicious Investments and Consulting Services as a Sales Executive based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This role welcomes both freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience. The position offers a net monthly salary ranging between ₹17,000 and ₹25,000, complemented by annual benefits including Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, insurance, and performance bonuses that can reach up to ₹40,000. The company operates within the Fintech, CreditTech, and SaaS industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing clients within the financial sector.
- Present and promote innovative products related to CreditTech, lending solutions, and SaaS platforms.
- Address customer inquiries, manage objections, and successfully convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain consistent customer follow-ups and accurately update sales pipelines and tracking systems.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
Working Conditions and Schedule
The workweek is from Monday to Saturday, with an additional working day on the last Sunday of each month. Office hours run from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
Language Requirements
Fluency in Hindi is mandatory, given a substantial customer base from Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh. Proficiency in English is also required.
Additional Information
The interview process will be conducted virtually. Candidates who are selected will be required to relocate to Chennai.
