Sales Engineer Trainee

Role Overview

As a Sales Engineer Trainee at Eugenics Management Services (P) Ltd., you will be responsible for initiating customer engagements and representing the company and its products effectively. The role also involves participating in field visits, promotional activities, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact initially with customers to understand and introduce company offerings.
• Conduct field visits and promote products directly with potential clients.
• Engage in cold calling to generate leads and gather customer feedback.
• Follow up rigorously on customer orders and payments ensuring process continuity.
• Handle end-to-end processes across the sales funnel to secure business.

Candidate Requirements

• Willingness to travel as part of sales activities.
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language are mandatory.
• A strong drive and passion for sales and business development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related Electrical/Electronics engineering disciplines.
