Role Overview

Due to recent sustained growth and our expanding international sales teams, we are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our salesforce with essential resources, training, and tools. This role acts as a pivotal connection between sales teams and leadership, ensuring that our teams are thoroughly prepared to engage prospects effectively and close deals.

The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of sales processes, outstanding communication capabilities, and a passion for boosting sales performance through strategic enablement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Designing and executing comprehensive sales onboarding and training programs.
  • Producing and updating sales collateral, playbooks, and enablement resources.
  • Administering and enhancing sales technology, including Salesforce management—covering lead management, account assignments, and opportunity tracking.
  • Collaborating with sales leadership to support strategic planning and initiative execution.
  • Ensuring consistent communication of product updates and modifications across the sales staff.
  • Monitoring the usage and adoption rates of enablement resources and tools.
  • Analyzing sales metrics, conversion efficiency, and pipeline status to pinpoint areas requiring improvement and to guide enablement efforts.
  • Developing detailed reports and dashboards related to sales productivity and program impact, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Assessing sales workflows continuously, identifying inefficiencies as well as recommending scalable solutions to raise productivity and maintain pipeline vitality.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a closely related function within a B2B technology setting.
  • Deep familiarity with the sales landscape, including content creation, tooling, training, and process optimization.
  • Proven track record in administering and improving sales procedures, program execution, and performance tracking.
  • Practical experience handling Salesforce and other sales enablement platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills, comfortable liaising between sales teams and executive leadership.
  • Capacity to spearhead continuous enhancements and achieve quantifiable impacts on sales performance.
  • Adaptability in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, expedite content development, and extract actionable insights.
