Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute strategic growth and business development initiatives in close collaboration with regional and country leadership, leveraging market, competitor, and investor analyses.

- Take full charge of the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, relationship management, proposal and RFP preparation, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate closely across departments such as Operations, Solutions, Client Success, and Finance to create innovative, competitive, and profitable client solutions.
- Utilize CRM and client intelligence tools to monitor pipeline, key performance indicators, performance, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams.
- Enhance market presence and brand reputation through networking, industry engagement, thought leadership, and supporting strategic initiatives like mergers and acquisitions and new product or service launches.
- Lead the development and deployment of new business growth strategies and foster a strong, value-driven sales and performance culture.
- Establish and maintain strong internal and external networks and promote cross-departmental and international collaboration.
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients, investors, and decision-makers.
- Act as a central liaison between local investors and global teams, identifying cross-border synergies and international portfolio opportunities.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process and facilitate smooth client transitions in cooperation with delivery and client success teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification with 10–15 years of relevant professional experience; alternatively, a comparable mix of training and practical experience.
- Several years of sales and business development experience, ideally in property management, asset management, real estate, or investor environments.
- Strong ability to communicate complex and sensitive topics confidently and to set and enforce performance targets clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with accountability for results within a matrix organization.
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and influence skills across various stakeholder levels.
- Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with the capability to think beyond existing solutions.
- High competence in resolving complex problems using standardized and innovative approaches with company-wide impact.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and conceptual skills along with structured and autonomous working style.
- Strong affinity for numbers and confidence handling financial metrics, calculations, and forecasts.
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level) and good English skills (minimum B2 level) in both spoken and written communication to interact effectively with national and international stakeholders.
