Overview

As a Sales Development Representative at Workshop Software, your primary responsibility will be to uncover and cultivate new business opportunities by managing a robust, quality pipeline of sales-ready prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify potential clients.
- Focus on phone outreach by making daily and weekly calls to ensure activity objectives are met.
- Research and identify prospective customers mainly within the automotive sector, including repair shops, dealerships, and fleet management operations.
- Engage prospects via multiple channels such as cold calls, inbound lead follow-up, and emails to arrange introduction meetings and product demonstrations.
- Participate in roadshows and trade exhibitions to connect with both new and established customers.
- Assess clients’ unique requirements and illustrate how Workshop Software’s solutions can enhance their business workflows.
- Manage and track leads using Hubspot CRM, ensuring prompt follow-up and advancing deals through the sales pipeline.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior sales experience is preferred, particularly within SaaS or technology fields, but not a mandatory criterion.
- Comfortable handling high-volume calls and executing multi-channel outreach campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build trust and credibility with clients.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, capable of working independently, and adept at time management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales software, and virtual communication tools such as Ring Central, Hubspot, Zoom, and TeamViewer.
- Organized, disciplined, coachable, and focused on key performance metrics.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, able to quickly identify client challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Knowledge of the automotive sector or workshop management is advantageous but not required.
- A client-centric approach prioritizing exceptional service and fostering long-term relationships.
- Active listening abilities to understand customer issues and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Willingness to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer support teams to enhance overall customer experience.
- Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments with evolving client needs and software enhancements.
