Role Overview

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding sales team. This position offers the chance to engage with prospective clients worldwide, build meaningful relationships, and generate new business opportunities within a fast-evolving, innovative setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with potential clients through phone, email, and social media to uncover sales leads.
  • Identify and connect with decision-makers and influencers globally to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Understand prospects’ pain points and assess their requirements through insightful questioning.
  • Guide leads through the initial stages of the sales journey, cultivating rapport and interest.
  • Collaborate on refining lead generation tactics and outreach methodologies.
  • Manage LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns and aid in enhancing social media presence.
  • Handle administrative duties like scheduling meetings and following up with leads.
  • Support monthly performance tracking and data analysis.

Candidate Profile

  • A strong enthusiasm for sales with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a keen readiness to learn.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently and maintain proactivity.
  • Curious and innovative in problem-solving approaches.
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary starting at £35,000 annually with commission potential raising OTE to £45,000.

Work hours are standard 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
