Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Senior SDR to join our Singapore team and drive growth throughout Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a target-driven professional who enjoys initiating contact with potential clients and creating new business opportunities. As the initial point of engagement, you will identify key decision-makers, understand their business challenges, and align them with suitable Euromonitor solutions.
Collaborating closely with Business Development and Account Management teams, you will cultivate a strong pipeline of opportunities across multiple markets and industries in the region. Success in this role demands proactivity, resilience, and the ability to leverage modern sales technologies, AI-powered research tools, and data insights to optimize outreach efforts and commercial results.

Main Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and research potential clients across Southeast Asia using outbound methods such as calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other online channels.
- Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities for the commercial teams.
- Take full accountability for achieving prospecting targets through high-volume, quality outreach.
- Craft targeted strategies based on industry trends, market shifts, and business priorities.
- Engage senior stakeholders to comprehend their objectives, challenges, and growth plans.
- Qualify leads through insightful discovery discussions and needs analysis.
- Clearly communicate Euromonitor's value propositions and the benefits of our market intelligence offerings.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings between qualified prospects and relevant sales representatives.
- Work closely with Business Development and Account Managers to accelerate opportunity advancement.
- Keep accurate and timely documentation of prospecting activities within CRM systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends and share intelligence with internal teams.
- Support regional marketing efforts, including campaigns, events, webinars, and lead generation initiatives.
- Leverage AI-tools and sales platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, among others, to improve research accuracy, personalize outreach, and increase productivity.
Candidate Requirements
- Legal right to work in Singapore.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, business development, inside sales, or similar roles within B2B sales, SaaS, technology, data analytics, market research, consulting, or information services.
- Strong ambition and eagerness to develop a career in sales and business development.
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of responsibility, ownership, and urgency.
- Demonstrated resilience and persistence when handling objections and challenging sales conditions.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
- Confidence in initiating conversations with senior business leaders.
- Curiosity, coachability, and dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with sales intelligence and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools.
- Proven ability to use data and technology to enhance lead generation, account analysis, campaign personalization, and sales efficiency.
- Fluent in English; additional Southeast Asian language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
