Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a vital role from day one by taking charge of building a robust sales pipeline that fuels further company growth. - Identify promising target companies and find relevant contacts, mainly in HR, People & Culture, and Leadership areas
- Conduct engaging and professional initial calls to prospects
- Complement phone outreach with emails; LinkedIn use is minimal
- Qualify leads thoroughly and independently manage your sales pipeline from initial interest through scheduling appointments
- Arrange high-quality meetings for the sales team, laying a solid foundation for new client partnerships
- Utilize data-driven approaches and advanced tools such as HubSpot and dialing software to improve your reachability and conversion effectiveness continually
- Contribute proactively to refining outbound sales strategies
Candidate Profile and Qualifications
- Enjoy engaging in telephone conversations and eager to develop expert-level skills in this area
- Possess initial experience in sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles (e.g., internships, student jobs, or junior positions)
- Strong listening abilities, capable of building trust rapidly and articulating points clearly
- Keen sensitivity to language nuances, timing, and handling objections
- Organized working style, persistent, and accountable for managing your pipeline
- Interest in HR topics, leadership, and personal growth
- A collaborative team player committed to continuous self-improvement
- Fluent German language skills at native speaker level
- Desirable: Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Employee Benefits
- Immediate impact with direct accountability for pipeline development and company growth
- Part of a supportive, cohesive team striving for joint success
- Weekly training sessions and ongoing development to hone your sales capabilities
- Insight into the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to closing deals
- Clear advancement pathways toward roles like Account Executive or Sales Manager
- Access to cutting-edge tools and setups to track and enhance your performance metrics (reachability, conversion rates, etc.)
- Close collaboration and mentoring from experienced colleagues and founders
- Regular team activities and offsite events, including planned trips to Mallorca in 2024 and Greece in 2025
- Competitive remuneration plus a bonus structure based on qualified meetings
- Flexible remote work options and an office situated in central Berlin
- Opportunity to receive 1:1 coaching with top executive coaches
- Typical workplace perks such as complimentary snacks, beverages, and quality coffee
