Sales Development Representative – Recruitment

About the Role

We seek an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to identify and nurture recruitment opportunities throughout the UK within the Go-to-Market and Technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Discover companies and hiring needs in the UK technology marketplace
• Prospect new clients across GTM and Technology recruitment fields
• Utilize LinkedIn, CRM systems, databases, emails, phone calls, and other business development tools to find and engage prospects
• Perform research on companies, hiring trends, and key decision-makers
• Engage senior stakeholders to start conversations and qualify recruitment opportunities
• Foster relationships that lead to qualified prospects for the recruitment team
• Keep CRM data accurate and manage your sales pipeline effectively
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants and managers
• Persistently follow up to progress opportunities into confirmed meetings

Candidate Profile

• Experience in SDR, BDR, business development, telesales, or recruitment roles is essential
• Strong track record in outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Comfortable engaging via phone and LinkedIn communication
• Excellent skills in communication and relationship-building
• Resilience and persistence in handling prospecting and rejection
• Highly organized with ability to manage personal pipeline
• Commercially motivated and goal-oriented
• Previous knowledge of recruitment or technology sectors is a plus
• Ambition to grow a long-term career in this industry

• On-target earnings (OTE) ranging from A335,000 to A340,000
