About the Role
Owner.com is hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our expanding revenue team. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting small business growth, with a proven track record of sales success and a commitment to building genuine relationships with restaurant owners.
This role involves working onsite at our vibrant downtown Toronto office located at 185 Spadina Ave, requiring presence five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and follow up with both warm and cold leads to ensure a consistent pipeline of prospects that drive revenue and extend market presence.
- Communicate with potential clients to gather feedback, helping refine our sales and marketing strategies to better align with market needs.
- Collaborate closely with team members to enhance the overall sales development representative strategy by sharing insights and ideas.
- Commit to continuous learning through cooperation with sales colleagues, leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Exceed sales quotas and support team and company-wide goals proactively.

Interview Stages
- Initial 30-minute recruiter phone call to discuss background and expectations.
- 30-minute video interview with the hiring manager to explore experience and working style.
- One-hour video interview involving a technical case study with a sales leader focusing on skills and approach.
- Final 30-minute video discussion with an executive team member.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual compensation package totaling $75,000 CAD OTE, comprising a $60,000 base salary plus $15,000 incentive with uncapped commissions and accelerators.
