Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

Adree invites motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our energetic sales team as Sales Development Representatives. This role focuses on driving new business opportunities and qualifying leads to support the sales process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers using a range of research techniques.
• Engage prospects to present and explain our company's products and services.
• Evaluate leads and arrange meetings for the sales team to pursue.
• Keep detailed records of all lead interactions within the CRM system.
• Work closely with sales colleagues on strategies to convert leads successfully.
• Remain updated on market developments and competitor activities.
• Meet and aim to surpass set targets related to lead generation, qualification, and appointments.
• Attend training sessions aimed at improving sales capabilities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or similar disciplines.
• At least one year of professional experience in the technology sector, preferably within software solutions or products, is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills with the competence to ask pertinent questions.
• Experience using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly motivated with a success-driven attitude.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Exposure to technology or SaaS domains is considered a benefit.
