Team Environment
You will be part of the EMEA Sales team, reporting to the Sales Development Director. Located at the forefront of Carta Law's UK & EMEA revenue funnel, you will collaborate closely with Sales Directors and fellow SDRs to identify and engage legal leaders, fund managers, and asset managers needing Carta Law's solutions. This role offers high visibility and growth opportunities transitioning into a closing sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate top-of-funnel prospects by proactively conducting outbound outreach including LinkedIn messaging, cold calls, and digital campaigns to spark conversations and schedule qualified meetings with Sales Directors.
- Develop a qualified and actionable sales pipeline through collaboration with Sales Directors and peers by researching and targeting viable prospects.
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales activity records, ensuring up-to-date pipeline visibility and progress tracking.
- Support the team by preparing persuasive sales materials and presentations highlighting Carta Law's value to sophisticated legal and fund clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry changes to keep outreach relevant and strategically positioned.
Candidate Profile
- At least one year of B2B sales experience, demonstrating skill in prospecting and comfort with cold outreach and handling rejection effectively.
- Exceptionally communicative and credible in conversations with complex buyer personas such as lawyers, Chief Compliance Officers, and fund partners, effectively conveying Carta Law’s benefits.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, managing pipeline independently and prioritizing tasks efficiently without supervision.
- Proficient with CRM systems and sales tracking tools, committed to maintaining excellent data hygiene as a standard practice.
- Adaptable and eager to grow, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate cross-functionally including with executive and legal leadership, and motivated by career advancement opportunities.
