This role offers a direct growth trajectory, as exemplified by our recent internal promotions. The SDR will support a dynamic local sales team while partnering with our global marketing and demand generation groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of your region by proactively driving outbound prospecting, qualification, and generation of Sales Accepted Opportunities (SAOs).
- Engage and convert new leads through targeted phone and email campaigns aimed at our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Consistently achieve daily activity goals such as call count, talk time, and customized email outreach.
- Utilize sales technology platforms including ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and SalesLoft to discover contacts, import data, and orchestrate effective outreach strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients in mid-market to enterprise segments, facilitating scheduled product discussions and demos for Account Executives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Demand Generation leadership to continually enhance pipeline quality.
- Ensure Salesforce data accuracy and cleanliness, contributing to regular updates of ICP lists based on market and data insights.
Candidate Requirements
- At least one year of experience in an office, corporate, or B2B sales role, or equivalent experience managing business communications via phone and email.
- Proficient working knowledge of Salesforce.com is mandatory; experience with Outreach, Nooks, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a confident presence on calls and the capacity to handle high-volume B2B outreach.
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- A college degree is preferred, although relevant professional experience is highly respected.
Compensation
The base salary ranges from £40,000 to £47,000 annually. This figure excludes potential commission and incentive earnings on-target.
