About the Role

Our client is a rapidly growing international software company specializing in cloud-based solutions tailored for the leisure and entertainment industries. Known for their award-winning customer focus, they have established themselves as market leaders in their field. Having recently secured over $40 million in funding in 2025 (total funding exceeding $100 million), they are expanding their sales team by seeking French-speaking Sales Development Representatives to enhance their presence across Europe.

This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring attendance at their London office 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate new business opportunities through proactive outbound efforts including cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Promptly handle incoming leads to maximize conversion potential.
  • Conduct thorough qualification of both inbound and outbound leads via detailed discovery conversations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, representing the company as a trusted ambassador.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to help close deals and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Participate in industry events as needed to generate additional business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar Business Development Representative (BDR) or Sales Development Representative (SDR) role.
  • Previous work experience in the software or SaaS sectors is preferred.
  • Fluent in French to effectively engage with French-speaking clients and prospects.
  • Ability to commute to the London office 2-3 times per week as per the hybrid work arrangement.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 per annum.
