Role Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Brandwatch, you serve as the initial contact with potential customers, playing a vital role in building and nurturing a robust sales pipeline by researching prospects and scheduling meetings that lead to sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary representative of Brandwatch engaging potential clients effectively.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and the social media environment.
  • Gain deep knowledge of our brand, business model, and SaaS offerings.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to cultivate pipeline and drive revenue through new business development.
  • Utilize tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, and Gong to generate leads and build relationships.
  • Conduct approximately 100 daily outbound contact activities aimed at scheduling product demonstrations and initiating sales processes.
  • Maintain and manage pipelines to transition warm prospects to sales executives.
  • Engage in ongoing training and professional growth activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Background in sales, preferably with SaaS or recruitment experience, or a strong eagerness to pursue a career in sales.
  • Proficient English communication skills both written and spoken.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude focused on exceeding targets.
  • Accountable with the capacity to execute responsibilities independently.
  • Receptive to coaching and self-aware.
  • Collaborative team player who values teamwork.
  • Able to thrive in quota-driven settings with short, dynamic sales cycles.
