Your key responsibilities include building outbound pipelines, managing inbound channels, and qualifying leads via discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Bridge marketing and sales efforts by focusing on top-of-funnel activities.
  • Proactively generate a strong outbound pipeline by identifying and contacting potential prospects within the target market.
  • Qualify leads who engage with marketing content, the platform, or masterclasses; follow up on event registrations; and manage the lead funnel effectively.
  • Oversee inbound channels to ensure timely response and lead nurturing.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand clients' challenges, market research needs, budgets, and organizational structures.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and accurately track data in the HubSpot CRM system.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Sales Development Representative, Business Development Representative, or similar role in B2B sales, preferably within market research.
  • A proactive and driven hunter mindset with a strong sense of pipeline ownership and a results-oriented attitude.
  • Consultative and empathetic approach with the ability to grasp client needs and cultivate meaningful relationships.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and data-driven, leveraging insights to optimize performance and guide decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a can-do spirit, capable of innovative problem-solving.
  • Curious, coachable, and motivated to continuously develop commercial skills.
  • Comfortable collaborating in an international and team-oriented environment with open feedback culture.
  • Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
  • Based in Germany, preferably Hamburg.

Benefits and Perks

  • Flexible vacation policy averaging 30 days without a strict maximum.
  • Ability to temporarily work remotely from another EU country for up to 180 days annually.
  • Provided equipment including a MacBook for your work.
  • For Hamburg or Berlin-based employees, travel support via a Deutschland ticket or mobility budget with NAVIT app.
  • Location-based subsidized memberships to Urban Sports Club or ClassPass.
  • Access to co-working spaces in key cities such as Hamburg, Berlin, Munich, London, Madrid, Barcelona, and New York.

Additional Information

  • This position reports directly to the Head of Sales.
  • The interview process includes a screening call with Talent Acquisition, followed by a hiring manager interview, a case study interview, and then the final offer.
  • Applicants must submit their applications in English.
