Job description
About Impossible Cloud
Impossible Cloud is a rapidly expanding B2B cloud technology company based in Hamburg, Germany. We provide a cloud object storage service comparable to AWS S3, uniquely engineered and optimized for AI and compute workloads. Our rapid commercial growth is fueled by a channel-first go-to-market strategy. We are currently broadening our offerings beyond storage by developing a high-performance compute platform delivering a complete solution from GPU infrastructure to an integrated GPU platform software stack. Our mission is to transform the cloud ecosystem by bridging decentralized infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud applications, and AI workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute a high-volume outbound outreach campaign primarily via phone, email, and LinkedIn, to engage decision-makers in IT and AI infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads during business hours, assessing genuine need and purchase intent.
- Arrange and prepare discovery discussions for Account Executives across our product lines, including object storage for MSPs and businesses and GPU capacity for AI teams.
- Conduct research to prioritize target accounts ensuring outreach lists are precise and well-qualified before each engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and follow-up data in HubSpot to avoid any drop-offs in lead management or handovers.
- Provide insights gathered during calls back to marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and campaign effectiveness.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding set targets, whether in sales, sports, or other competitive arenas, with measurable specifics.
- High resilience and enthusiasm for cold calling, unaffected by repeated rejection.
- Strong curiosity about storage, compute technologies, and cloud economics, coupled with the ability to quickly learn to confidently engage technical decision-makers within the initial weeks.
- Receptiveness to coaching, demonstrated through rapid application of feedback and proactive pursuit of further improvement.
- Familiarity and routine usage of AI tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness is an expected baseline.
- Fluent professional English is required; proficiency in German or another European language is highly advantageous. Experience with HubSpot and modern outbound sales tools such as Clay, Instantly, or Sales Navigator is beneficial but not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary complemented by an attractive employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
- A transparent career progression path modeled after top-performing organizations with swift promotional opportunities for exceptional contributors.
- Opportunity to join an innovative growth-stage company with proven revenue, led by serial entrepreneurs with multiple successful exits.
- Join a passionate, experienced team working with state-of-the-art cloud technology.
- Work in a vibrant office located in a trendy area with complimentary brain food and a canteen, subsidized premium gym membership, and regular team gatherings fostering a strong community.
