- Conduct data-informed multi-channel outbound campaigns involving phone, email, LinkedIn, and social media to engage senior CX, IT, and operations decision-makers.
- Qualify incoming leads from marketing efforts and swiftly determine fit, intent, and timing before handing over to Account Executives.

- Create tailored outreach communications in English and relevant regional languages, aligning Omilia’s conversational AI and contact center solutions with each prospect's challenges.
- Lead insightful discovery discussions qualifying prospects on budget, authority, needs, and timing, gathering sufficient insight to set up meaningful meetings for Account Executives.
- Adapt communication styles and cadences per the procurement cultures and business norms unique to each assigned market within ANZ and APAC.
Inbound Lead Management
- React promptly to inbound leads from marketing campaigns and digital activity within agreed SLAs, quickly qualifying and advancing prospects.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure effective follow-up on campaign-generated leads, providing quality feedback to refine targeting.
Collaboration with Account Executives

- Gain sound knowledge of Omilia's product suite (OCP, miniApps, Pathfinder, CoPilot, TalkGuard, OptimizeIQ) to effectively communicate offerings and their fit to contact center challenges.
- Stay informed on GDPR and EU AI Act regulations to address compliance-related questions during initial engagements.
- Keep current with target industries, competitors, and market trends within ANZ and APAC to ensure contextually relevant messaging and positioning.
Reporting & Operational Excellence
- Accurately log all prospecting activity in Salesforce including outreach attempts and pipeline progression.
- Monitor personal performance metrics such as outreach volume, connection success, meeting rates, and pipeline contributions, using these to optimize efforts.
- Participate actively in coaching and pipeline review sessions to enhance sales outcomes, and occasionally travel (up to 10%) for events and team gatherings within ANZ and APAC.
Requirements and Preferences
- 1-3 years in sales development, business development, or outbound prospecting, ideally within enterprise SaaS, CCaaS, conversational AI, or B2B tech.
- Proven success meeting/exceeding targets in structured SDR/BDR roles.
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and engagement platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication, able to craft personalized outreach and confidently engage senior decision-makers.

- Highly organized and self-motivated, managing multiple accounts and geographies efficiently.
- Strong interest in enterprise tech, contact center automation, and conversational AI with a desire to deepen knowledge over time.
- Open to coaching and continual learning, embracing feedback for performance improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Preferred: Fluency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish), familiarity with contact center technologies, prior exposure to Omilia or competitors’ platforms, and experience targeting ANZ/APAC enterprise verticals such as financial services or telecommunications.
