  • Educate prospects on Podium's solutions tailored to industry-specific challenges such as customer reviews, managing missed messages, and SMS marketing.
  • Consistently exceed monthly targets related to qualified demos, pipeline creation, and opportunity generation.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to arrange product demonstrations and ensure seamless client handoffs.
  • Maintain thorough pipeline activity records using Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and detailed notes.

Candidate Requirements

  • Genuine enthusiasm for engaging with small and medium business owners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills exhibiting confidence, persuasion, and approachability.
  • A motivated and resilient mindset suitable for a high-volume outbound sales setting.
  • Proven ability to meet or surpass key performance indicators in past roles.
  • Background in technology sales coupled with a passion for aiding similar businesses in growth.
  • Ambition to begin or advance a career in tech sales, with openness to learning and coaching.

  • An impactful product that supports and strengthens local businesses.
  • Competitive compensation including a base salary plus superannuation and commissions; uncapped earnings potential with accelerators for exceeding quotas.
  • A $650 monthly benefits and wellbeing allowance, flexible in its use.
  • Access to free snacks and beverages available onsite.
  • Modern office facilities located in the Queen & Collins building, featuring end-of-trip amenities, bike storage, and lockers.
