Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Melbourne, you will manage the recruitment lifecycle for sales, customer experience, support, and marketing roles within our Australian team. This role offers comprehensive experience in full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, playing a key part in expanding Podium's presence in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Sales (SDR/AE), Customer Experience (CSM/AM), Support, and Marketing positions within Australia.
  • Develop and nurture talent pipelines via active sourcing, outreach through professional networks, referrals, and job platforms.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role specifications, establish interview structures, and set assessment benchmarks.
  • Coordinate and support interview stages to ensure a cohesive and positive candidate journey.
  • Oversee offer management, including negotiations and communication with hiring teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date recruitment data and reporting using ATS systems and tracking tools.
  • Facilitate new employee onboarding activities such as administrative tasks, training schedule coordination, and ensuring an engaging introductory experience.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of three years' experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven recruitment experience focused on sales, customer-facing, or support roles preferred.
  • Good understanding or willingness to quickly learn Australian employment legislation and visa/work entitlement requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment with evolving recruiting processes.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Greenhouse, is advantageous.
  • Background in SaaS or technology industries is a plus.
