Sales Development Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Sales Development Representative to join our remote team focused on generating qualified sales opportunities through proactive outbound outreach and following up on inbound leads. As the first point of contact with potential clients, this role lays the groundwork for all subsequent sales engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform outbound prospecting using cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn targeting key accounts.
• Evaluate inbound leads from marketing initiatives and forward qualified prospects to Account Executives.
• Schedule qualified meetings that contribute to the sales pipeline development.
• Keep CRM data and sales pipeline information precise and current.
• Investigate target companies and customize communication to align with their context.
• Work closely with marketing teams to assess campaign effectiveness and refine messaging.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in an outbound sales development or similar customer-facing role.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
• Ability to handle a high volume of outbound activity in a target-driven setting.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot and outreach platforms like Outreach, Salesloft, or Apollo.
• Strong resilience with a capacity to recover quickly from rejection.
• Curious mindset with a consultative approach to understand prospects’ challenges.
