Role Overview
We are searching for motivated individuals eager to launch a career in B2B technology sales. Prior tech expertise is not necessary, as a comprehensive training program will be provided. As a Sales Development Representative, your main mission will be to generate fresh sales opportunities, handle inbound queries, engage with marketing campaign leads, and work closely with the sales team to grow the sales pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct exhaustive research and prospect within target accounts.
- Engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and direct mail using inventive outreach tactics.
- Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, Outreach, and LeadIQ for lead generation.
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to support sales efforts.
- Consistently surpass daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs and pipeline targets to meet sales objectives.
- Convey the benefits and value proposition of the Harness platform during high-level discussions.

This position is based onsite in London, United Kingdom.
