Role Overview
Join YourShortlist® as a Sales Development Representative based in Glasgow City Centre, enjoying hybrid working with a 33-hour workweek and early finish on Fridays. The role offers a salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped bonuses.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in proactive B2B outreach campaigns to identify and connect with senior decision-makers.
- Develop authentic relationships to generate new business opportunities for clients.
- Conduct consultative sales efforts for global tech-focused account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Work with detailed data to build lasting rapport and deliver high-quality meetings.
- Communicate client value propositions clearly and effectively.
- Manage outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn platforms.
- Keep CRM and sales pipeline data accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with campaign managers and clients to enhance sales strategies.
- Contribute innovative ideas and messaging improvements to campaigns.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced in B2B sales, lead generation, SDR, or outbound calling roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
- Self-driven with strong accountability and target-oriented mindset.
- Resilient, adaptable, and positive in dynamic work settings.
