Job Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles to efficiently pick up and deliver dry cleaning orders on schedule.
- Engage professionally and courteously with customers to provide exceptional service.
- Maintain clear communication with the operations team, documenting routes and updates as needed.
- Assist with managing inventory and upkeep of necessary delivery equipment.
- Actively promote additional services, solicit referrals, and contribute to the growth of the customer base.
Required Qualifications
- Background in customer service roles such as retail, hospitality, or rideshare driving.
- Strong communication abilities to interact effectively with customers.
- Capacity to follow and optimize delivery routes while managing time efficiently.
- Dependability, punctuality, and maintaining a professional presentation.
- Comfort with recommending extra services and earning commissions.
