About the Role
Mad Engine Global is seeking an organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to join their Canadian Sales team based in Etobicoke, Ontario. This full-time position involves supporting sales activities related to products, customers, and multiple ongoing priorities within a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product selections and prepare CADs and presentation boards.
- Coordinate sample management, new orders, and oversee order fulfillment processes.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Licensing, Costing, and other internal teams.
- Handle EDI orders and communicate with logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Track orders continuously from receipt to final delivery.
- Provide updates on products, notify of delays or changes effectively.
- Support activities related to returns, dispute resolutions, chargebacks, and managing vendor requirements.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in sales support or a closely related function.
- Strong organizational capabilities and multitasking aptitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency.
- A proactive, energetic approach combined with attention to detail.
- Capability to commute to the Etobicoke office or willingness to relocate before starting work.
