Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to efficiently handle customer orders, assist the sales team, and maintain sales documentation. This position requires managing client interactions, coordinating promotional activities, and supporting product demonstrations and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customer orders from initial inquiry through to final delivery ensuring smooth operations.
- Work closely with the sales team for planning and executing promotions and events.
- Organize and facilitate product demonstrations and training sessions to support sales efforts.
- Keep detailed and precise sales records along with generating reports to track performance.
