Sales Coordinator

Overview

Aeron Composite Limited is looking for a Sales Coordinator based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, to manage export and domestic sales orders and support the export sales team efficiently.

Key Duties

• Manage and process both export and domestic sales orders accurately.
• Communicate with international clients to update them on their order status.
• Create and verify essential export documentation like invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
• Monitor shipments closely and address any delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive sales records within ERP and CRM software.
• Assist the export sales team by preparing quotations and generating sales reports.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate degree in B.E./B.Tech or a Diploma in Engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of practical experience in export sales or coordination roles.
• Understanding of Incoterms and export procedural knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
