• Maintain awareness of IT sector developments including market trends and challenges to guide recruitment strategies and advise both clients and candidates effectively.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of two years' professional experience in roles such as Insurance Sales Agent, Financial Advisor, Customer Loyalty Advisor, Retention Specialist, or similar.

• Excellent communication abilities and a strong motivation to excel.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland, demonstrated by holding a Stamp 4 Visa or an EU Passport.
