Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic Sales Consultant who can do more than just sell — you will guide potential clients through their investment journey by consulting, educating, and converting warm leads into committed buyers. This is a vital role where you help clients tailor their portfolios to fit their financial goals.

Key Duties

• Engage with warm leads generated by marketing efforts, eliminating the need for cold calling.
• Establish trust swiftly, assess prospects' financial needs, and confidently motivate them to schedule a Discovery Session with senior consultants.
• Adhere to a structured sales approach to consistently meet daily targets.
• Show adaptability by accepting constructive feedback and executing plans with consistency.
• Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, accountability, and a confident approach to every client interaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven expertise in consultative sales, regardless of industry background.
• Must hold Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• A strong drive, ambition, determination, and a get-things-done mindset.
• Be open to coaching and demonstrate a robust work ethic.
