Role Overview
This position involves providing expert guidance and excellent service to customers seeking a wide array of technological products and appliances. Employees play a vital role in ensuring customers leave with products that perfectly fit their needs through knowledgeable assistance and advice.
Working Hours
- Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
- Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
- Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM – 5:15 PM
- Sunday: 9:45 AM – 4:15 PM
Note: These working hours are fixed without allowances for changes, so only applicants able to work these specific times should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate sales across a broad selection of tech-related products and appliances.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, responding to inquiries and needs effectively.
- Maintain a clean, attractive, and welcoming in-store environment.
- Collaborate positively with colleagues to cultivate a supportive and productive retail atmosphere.
- Meet personal sales targets and contribute to team sales objectives.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have a passion for sales, whether seasoned or beginning their journey in retail sales. Strong interpersonal skills, a customer-first mindset, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented spirit are essential. Preference is given to those keen to learn about and keep up with the latest industry innovations and trends in electronics and appliances.
