Role Overview

This position involves delivering and installing whiteware appliances directly to customers' residences. As often the final point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional and memorable experience, fostering lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with customers to determine the most efficient method to bring products into their homes.
• Unpacking and installing appliances according to company standards.
• Removing old appliances and packaging materials upon request.
• Maintaining a friendly and engaging rapport with customers to enhance their experience.
• Working collaboratively with the team to sustain high morale in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

Regular hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm; weekend work is also required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Possession of a full, clean New Zealand driver’s license with demonstrated safe and courteous driving skills.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting, use ladders safely, and remain on feet for extended periods.
• Previous experience in warehousing is advantageous but not mandatory.
