Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio with substantial autonomy.
• Engage with businesses to identify their staffing needs and collaborate on tailored recruitment solutions.
• Act as a connector, coach, and career advisor by matching candidates with client companies.
• Serve as the communicative liaison, guiding both clients and candidates smoothly through the hiring process.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrate strong motivation, drive, and enthusiasm for sales with a desire to achieve significant results.
• Possess initial experience in sales, preferably B2B, although not mandatory.
• Exhibit solution-oriented thinking and maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges.
• Be an effective team player who values collaboration deeply.
• Hold a completed degree or commercial training and be fluent in both German and English.
