Role Overview
As a Sales Consultant, your responsibility is to transform warm marketing leads into committed buyers by educating and consulting with prospects. You will guide clients through their investment decisions and tailor portfolios to meet their specific needs. This role does not involve cold calling; instead, you engage with potential clients already interested in our services, aiming to schedule Discovery Sessions with senior advisors.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm leads to understand and address their requirements.
- Build rapid trust and rapport with prospects to advance the sales process.
- Consistently meet clear daily KPIs through a proven sales structure.
- Accept feedback constructively and maintain consistent performance.
- Bring energy, professionalism, and ownership to every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in consultative sales, regardless of industry background.
- Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency status.
- Possess a strong drive, determination, and a results-oriented attitude.
- Exhibit coachability and a robust work ethic.
Compensation
- Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation and commissions.
- Top-tier sales managers with over 5 years’ experience can achieve on-target earnings up to $1.1 million.
