Role Summary

The Retail Sales Colleague position at the Currys Aberdeen Garthdee store is a permanent, full-time role with 30-39 flexible hours weekly, including potential additional shifts. Rate starts at 12.71 per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour, increasing to 13.01 after probation.

Training and Development

New team members receive a two to three-day induction, either virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham. Training includes supplier information, product demos, and hands-on experience with the latest technology to build confidence and knowledge for excellent customer service.

Work Schedule

Colleagues work flexibly across retail hours, which generally span 9am to 8pm, seven days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers by asking insightful questions to identify suitable products.
• Create memorable retail experiences with every interaction.
• Provide information on support services such as delivery, installation, recycling, and payment options.
• Help drive the store's sales achievements.
