About the Role

You will be expected to have strong knowledge of our products and maintain an appealing presentation of merchandise on the sales floor. Responsibilities also include restocking inventory and supporting promotional item setups and price updates.

Candidate Profile

• Energetic with excellent customer service skills.
• Consistently maintain a positive approach focused on customer satisfaction, even in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek help when necessary.
• Preferably at least one year of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Compensation

The hourly wage typically ranges between $17.95 and $18.25, varying by location and based on knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

Additional Information

The role involves physical activities such as walking, standing, climbing, bending, and manual material handling, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying products. Use of ladders and stock pickers for product movement is also part of the job.
