Role Overview

• Meet and support store sales goals by actively engaging customers and employing effective selling techniques.
• Take responsibility for personal sales performance by spotting opportunities to increase sales and encourage customers to buy complementary products.
• Assist in executing sales campaigns, promotional events, and new product introductions.
• Track individual sales progress and adjust efforts to reach targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and offering knowledgeable product advice and solutions.
• Develop strong customer relationships to boost repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Create a friendly and positive shopping atmosphere aligning with company service standards.
• Professionally manage customer questions, feedback, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness, appealing visual merchandising, and overall store presentation to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure accurate product displays, replenishment, and pricing per company policies.
• Support daily store operations to keep the store organized, presentable, and operationally effective.
• Help with stock ordering, replenishment, and inventory control to maintain product availability and minimize shortages.
• Participate in stock-taking and inventory accuracy activities.
• Protect company assets by following security protocols and promptly reporting any discrepancies to support loss prevention efforts.
• Comply with company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant retail environment for customers and staff.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Communicate efficiently within the store team to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Engage in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service expertise.
• Share relevant insights and best practices to foster overall team success.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager.
