Position Overview

We are currently expanding and seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates for our Stoney Creek store at 1776 Stone Church Road East. This role offers an opportunity to impact customers positively, grow your career, and achieve recognition for your contributions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting suitable home products tailored to their preferences
• Consistently meet or surpass established sales targets
• Remain knowledgeable about current product lines, industry trends, and competitor products
• Develop and maintain customer relationships through phone communication, online lead follow-up, and in-store engagement
• Maintain organization and ensure all customer requirements are addressed promptly

Qualifications and Requirements

• Completion of high school diploma
• Minimum of two years' experience in sales, preferably in retail or commissioned sales roles
• A confident and goal-oriented sales approach
• Strong verbal communication and organizational capabilities
• Comfortability with Microsoft Office applications and aptitude for learning new computer systems
• Willingness and flexibility to work during daytime, evening, and weekend shifts
• Physical ability to lift items up to 30 pounds and remain active on the sales floor
